Located only minutes from Interstate-10 that guests can acess to be anywhere in Lake Charles within 10 - 15 minutes, including the casinos, civic center, lakefront boardwalk, Crying Eagle Brewhouse restaurant, and the newly opened Port Wonder Children's Museum & Nature Center thats all located on the lakefront boardwalk immediately adjacent to the public beach that's an excellent option for families or working professionals to enjoy an entire day of relaxing at the beach, touring the museum, and grabbing a bite to eat at the brewhouse restaurant or Gordon Ramsey Resturant within walking distance or a short drive over the bridge from the beach to the Ceasar's Horsehoe Casino from the beach.
