Guests have access to the entire house. There are only two locked closet doors in the laundry room that are off limits. Otherwise, make yourself at home and enjoy all that the Treetop Retreat has to offer.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

*STR Agreement: To finalize your reservation, we require all our guests to sign our STR Agreement. (Full details can be found in the "House Rules" section under " Additional Rules") We ask our guests to provide a working e-mail address to conveniently send out a link from Dropbox Sign via e-mail. The agreement is able to be read and signed digitally. After we countersign, a copy will be sent to you for your records.

*LAKE RIGHTS - Trail and Lake Access: Free access is now given to all our guests. To be eligible to use our Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) RFID keycards to access lake trails, the ALA requires us to get a working e-mail address from all adult guests so we can register you as an official guest and then they can send a waiver to be digitally signed. Once signed you have FREE access to the private lake trails during your stay.

*WINTER WEATHER SNOW: Lake Arrowhead is prone to getting snow accumulation in the winter months. 4WD vehicles are recommended and carrying SNOW CHAINS is a MUST. Please be prepared as the roads can get slippery and icy. Thankfully, we have a level entry driveway, so you won't be parking on a dangerous slope. We clear driveways and pathways to the doors, however, there is no mid-stay snow shoveling service. We provide access to a shovels located in the basement closet.

*GUESTS: Only the guests on the confirmed reservation are allowed on the property / in the cabin. Extra guests must be approved by owners in advance of the reservation.

*Off Street Parking only on our driveway. There are 3 spaces available.

*QUIET HOURS: 10pm - 8am We are located in a great mountain community with many neighbors that live here year round. Please be respectful, especially when enjoying our wonderful outdoor space as voices carry very easily.

*Please be aware there is a SINGLE STEP DOWN from the main wrap around deck to the large side entertaining deck area (dining table, chairs, couch, fire pit, and grill). There is an automatic under-step strip light that illuminates from dusk until dawn for added safety.

*One bundle of firewood is provided for your first night. Additional wood is available for purchase nearby at the Mountain High Market in Twin Peaks or most grocery stores.

Located in Lake Arrowhead, this vacation home is in the mountains. Silverwood Lake State Recreation Area and Grass Valley Lake reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include McKenzie Water Ski School and SkyPark at Santa's Village. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at National Orange Show Events Center or Norton Rec Galaxy Center. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain biking nearby.
