- NOTE: Please note that a noise alert system to monitor noise levels are installed outside of the home, at the front of the house and the back deck area. Please keep noise down during quiet hours between 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM

- NOTE: While the property features step-free entry, all of the bedrooms are located on the lower level and require stairs which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility

- NOTE: The Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) prohibits non-members from accessing the two ALA beach clubs, the gated Arrowhead Lake perimeter trail, ALA member-owned docks on Lake Arrowhead, and Grass Valley Park unless accompanied by an ALA member. All guests can still enjoy the lake at Lake Arrowhead Village, book a boat tour on the Arrowhead Queen, and visit other lakes, parks, and trails in the area
