The estate features four spacious ensuite bedrooms in the main house, each named after Hawaiian flora, with flexible King or Twin bed configurations. A separate sleeping cottage, the "Palaka House," offers additional accommodations with five Twin beds or a King/Twin setup, just steps away from the main residence.
Built in 2008 with traditional Kama'aina charm and attention to detail, the home includes a large living room adorned with Hawaiian quilts and a Koa wood suite, perfect for family gatherings and relaxation. Enjoy amenities like a pool table, a well-equipped kitchen with dual refrigerators and dishwashers, and expansive lanais offering ocean views.
Outside, a fenced saltwater pool, paddle tennis court, and extensive lawn provide ample space for outdoor activities like croquet, volleyball, and more. Native Hawaiian plants dot the property, complemented by avocados and mangoes in season, creating a tranquil setting amidst the island's natural beauty.
