When you are not watching the sunset and whales breaching between Molokai and Lanai you can appreciate the fabulous remodel of this unit completed in 2021. Everything from the ground up; new floors (Armstrong Rigid Core), paint, light fixtures, and faucets. The new custom kitchen was fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, beautiful quartzite stone countertops, soft closing cabinets with built-in pantry for efficient storage. Both bathrooms were fully remodeled with show stopping tile surrounds and new vanities with matching quartzite countertops.
