The expansive double-length lanai extends from the living room to the primary bedroom and opens directly onto a large grassy area, creating a relaxed resort-style setting just steps from nature. With no stairs, close proximity to covered parking, and a peaceful yet central location, H108 offers both convenience and refinement. This residence accommodates a maximum of four guests per owner request, with a minimum age requirement of 13. Smoking and parties are not permitted.

Resort Fees:
