The entire unit boasts new, beautiful floors with an open layout, a brand new 65" Flat Screen and features a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Enjoy direct oceanfront views, not only from the large spacious lanai, but also from the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Preparing meals will be a pleasure in the pristine kitchen with beautiful new cabinets and full size appliances. The bathroom features a large walk in shower and is equipped with a new washer and dryer for added convenience.

It has been fully renovated with high-end Italian porcelain tile and an onyx sink. Enjoy fresh paint, new floors and baseboards throughout as well as tastefully updated furniture.

**Please Note:** The Hale Mahina pool will be temporarily closed for repairs beginning August 3, 2026. The pool is expected to reopen in approximately four weeks, subject to construction progress and weather conditions.

Portions of the oceanfront lawn may be temporarily restricted for guest safety due to ongoing maintenance or improvements

The maximum occupancy is mandatory and there are no exceptions. If you reserve this condo and there are more individuals that are found to be occupying the unit, you will be asked to vacate the property and all deposits are forfeited.
