Husky Boy burger shack, Jan's for super-healthy breakfast smoothies, Açaí bowls, and lunch, Reunion Kitchen in house dining and full bar, Pizza, and Asada Mexican with margaritas, a Vietnamese specialty coffee house, UPS store, and more, all just doors away.

Besides fun on our sandy beaches, if you are a small family you can tour Disneyland and Legoland, we are located between the two. Then put the exhausted kiddos to bed and have after-hour cocktails on our deck, check out what’s streaming on the smart flat screen TV or relax in the cozy romantic king master bedrm.

Walk one block to the beach and to the entrance of Heisler Park, perched along the waves for a breathtaking short walk to the enchanting Laguna Village with restaurants of every category, high end or taco stand, and local shopkeepers. Free daily trolley stops right across the street on Coast Hwy and heads downtown to the Village and points South.

This restored 1920s “beach shack vibe cottage” has been is appointed with coastal designer furnishings. A king ocean view bedroom with 100% cotton linens, a newly remodeled full bath, fully equipped granite kitchen with all the amenities, and beautiful original style architecture beams, ship lap and hardwood floors throughout. Grand living room w/43 inch flatscreen smart TV with dozens of popular streaming apps, bedroom with significant ocean views, living room plus deck overlook the ocean. ( All linens provided for bedroom (100% cotton) and bathroom. YES, WE HAVE FREE WIFI. Beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels provided.

We have had our two vacation rentals with a short term rental city permit since 2003. We can guarantee we will not be shut down by the city because of lack of permit prior to or during your visit and forcing you to check in last minute to a hotel.

We may offer discounts for a weekday, longer than two weeks and longer than 31 nights. Inquire with owner. Sorry, no discounts in the high season summer months.

Laguna Beach has a strict no smoking policy (only in personal home or car). We have a strict no smoking policy on our whole property. This includes e-cigarettes, vaping and all other types of smoking, legal or illegal. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. Our rates are double occupancy. Our mission is to offer an awesome beach experience while at the same time being located in activity-rich, walk-friendly north Laguna Beach.

Do not be concerned that the property backs up to the Coast Hwy. It is not a traditional "highway" but is the ICONIC HIGHWAY 1 that weaves up the Pacific Coast of California on to Canada. In Laguna it is just a main artery street with stop lights every couple of blocks. There is a courtyard, buffer between it and the cottage. The bedroom, living room and deck overlook Cliff Dr and the ocean beyond.

Laguna Beach is among the top beach resorts in the U.S. The Laguna Beach beach-side experience is all around us, not partying groups that are so prolific in other parts of our town and in neighboring towns, but if you are coming here for total quiet, our place may not be for you. LagunaBeachCharmers cottages are for visitors looking for a vibrant beach experience with all the excitement and amenities of a bustling, popular, upscale Southern California beach town. At times there are trucks, trolleys passing on the free trolley route we are on, occasional construction, barking dogs, motorcycles, exotic cars showing off and modified exhaust cars (whose revved up rides are forbidden in Laguna Beach but they try to do it anyway), sirens and more, that pass by our cottages and by our immediate neighborhood of $5M+ homes. More than half of our guests return time and again.

Also, while we have great street parking in front of the building for eight cars, on warm weekends those places fill up fast with beachgoers. Please be patient and a place will open up for you usually after 6/7 PM until about 10 AM. Weekends are the busiest. Once you are at the cottage, unless you're taking day trips, you will rarely have to move your car as we are a "walkability" neighborhood.

Also, unlike most homes in Laguna Beach, we are happy to say we offer central air conditioning in the living room, and bedroom. We usually have a very mild temperature range but more and more there will be an occasional heat wave which, of course, no one can predict. We also have portable fans and ceiling fans

For your safety and health concerns: we offer contactless, keyless entry. Our building is very well configurated for physical distancing. Our 3 cottages are well separated and you do not have to interact with any other guest. All bedding, including duvet covers, etc, are washed with each new guest using a professional laundry service. We have a new LG washer and dryer, state of the art for sanitizing and maximum cleaning power. These are available complementary (along with provided scent free detergent) for the guests to use.

Located in North Laguna, a neighborhood in Laguna Beach, this cottage is near theme parks and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Crystal Cove State Park and Crystal Cove State Park, while Orange County Fair and Events Center and Segerstrom Center for the Arts are popular area attractions. Laguna Beach Paddle Boarding and Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters are also worth visiting. Kayaking, scuba diving, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
