Much is accessible by the free Laguna Beach trolley service at our corner.
From the home's expansive decks you can take enjoy sunrise and sunset, watch for whales and cheer on the crew teams from Newport Beach and beyond!
Enter the home through the glass doors to the sun-drenched top level with sparkling clean amenities awaiting you: Stainless steel kitchen; breakfast bar; dry bar and dining room. The dining room is outfitted with a French plank table and is open to the contemporary living room and the first of two expansive ocean view decks. The private deck is outfitted with a dining table, gas grill, lounge furniture and umbrellas for your comfort and relaxation.
Wander downstairs to comfortable accommodations for 7 people. Begin in the spacious ocean view primary suite. The suite includes a new luxury king size bed, luxury linens, HD smart TV, built-in walk-in closet and exquisite spa bathroom. The bath was designed with luxury and retreat in mind. A Waterworks free standing tub is framed by dramatic lighting and a sunken rain shower. The spa is completed with dual vanities and HD TV. The suite invites you through a sliding glass door to a quiet repose out on the second deck with lounge furniture.
Down the hall is the second ocean view room with new luxury king size bed, new luxury linens, built-in closet and access to the second deck. A third bedroom incorporates all new twin beds with luxury linens, built-in closet and desk. This room has a private patio looking on to the terraced rose garden.
An ocean view den with a desk and twin daybed is a perfect accommodation for a seventh person, or enjoy the room as a place to concentrate. (If the ocean view does not distract you.) A completely updated bathroom services the bedrooms. It also includes washer and dryer and stocked linen closets.

Located in South Laguna, a neighborhood in Laguna Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Dana Point Harbor and Pelican Hill Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Thousand Steps Beach and Treasure Island Beach. Ocean Institute and Laguna Beach Paddle Boarding are also worth visiting.
