The community contains amenities, such as access to two pools, tennis courts, an oceanfront community room, and oceanfront cabana with a full kitchen available for reservation, stunning lookout points for, and much more.
The property has private access to the beach, a very secluded strip of beach for residents and guests. It is almost never crowded and is a short walk to the must-see 16th Century Victorian turret or lighthouse structure on the north end of the beach. Other popular activities on this beach include surfing, volleyball, skimboarding, diving, and fishing. You may even see breaching whales and dolphins swim in the distance. Be watchful for high tide and surf conditions, which can cause large waves.
The rental property is also near the Montage Resort of Laguna Beach, where you can experience fine dining, massage services, nearby golf courses, and additional beach access & activities. The property is also a short drive away from downtown Laguna Beach, where you can take a stroll on the main beach and visit various restaurants, shops, massage parlors, art galleries, museums, and in the summertime, experience the world-famous Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Art Festival. There is also free public transit available nearby the property, which may be a convenient form of transportation during the summer season when traffic can be jammed packed and parking may be extremely limited.
You are also only a few minutes drive away from Dana Point, Corona Del Mar Beach/ Newport Center, close to Balboa Island and other beach cities. If you're looking for the perfect place for a vacation, this is the place to be! 31+ nights minimum.
Located near the beach, this condo is in South Laguna, a neighborhood in Laguna Beach. Irvine Spectrum Center and Fashion Island are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Treasure Island Beach and Thousand Steps Beach. Laguna Beach Paddle Boarding and Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters are also worth visiting.
