A full kitchen provides an ocean view deck with table for morning coffee to enjoy dawn over the ocean. A large furnished patio and 5 burner grill is perfect for outdoor cooking and dining. The expansive, multi-level garden is surrounded by a wide variety of flowers, trees and vegetation where you can enjoy Laguna Beach sunsets. Step back to the tranquility of the 1930's close many of California's most beautiful Beaches, Parks, Hiking Trails, Mountain Biking, Art Shows and Exhibits, World Class Restaurants, Shops, Bars and Entertainment.
