The first bedroom, located on the main floor, features a comfortable queen-size bed with direct access to the peaceful back patio through French doors. Upstairs, the second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and beautiful ocean views, creating a serene retreat. The shared bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, and the home is equipped with a convenient stacked washer and dryer to make your stay as easy as possible.
Although the home doesn’t have air conditioning, the coastal breeze keeps things refreshingly cool, letting you enjoy the true Laguna Beach experience. For your convenience, the home offers one covered parking space and plenty of street parking for additional vehicles.
Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, your partner, or even for a work trip, this home provides the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Laguna Beach’s best restaurants, shops, and galleries are just moments away, and the beach is only a short walk from your door, making this an ideal spot for relaxing, exploring, or catching some waves.

**Additional Cleaning Fee: A $250 fee will be charged for excess sand inside the home. Please rinse feet—including children’s—before entry. Sand on furniture or bedding will incur this fee. White towels and linens may not be used to remove makeup or clean greasy, bloody, or dirty items. Damaged linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per sheet.**
Located in South Laguna, a neighborhood in Laguna Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Dana Point Harbor and Pelican Hill Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Irvine Spectrum Center and Fashion Island. Laguna Beach Paddle Boarding and Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking/biking trails nearby.
