Here at The Bright House, we want all our guests to feel safe and comfortable one block from the beach and walkway to all! A fence completely encloses the property, and our large backyard is filled with trees, plants, and flowers. You can feel completely secluded during your stay. Also, our cleaning crew has taken extra measures to ensure the property is sanitized on a more frequent basis than usual. Come and forget all the panic in the world while you lounge in nature!

We are offering for rental 1st story home with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, large garden, large parking lot. Full kitchen with slight ocean view, Master, 2nd bedroom and living room with garden view. TV in the master bedroom and in the living room, cable, high-speed internet. master bedroom with brand new memory foam queen bed, small waking closet. New kitchen and kitchen appliances with convectional Oven and Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils Provided, Linens Provided, Beach Towels provided.
2nd bedroom has a fully converted to queen size sofa bed with memory foam topper. The living area's sofa is converted to the queen bed. Light and clean decor. HDTV flat panel TV/monitor, cable, high-speed internet.

Spacious private garden patio with gazebo; flowers and fruits trees make for great lounging, barbecues, met and fish smoker, Water cooler with Arrowhead water supply and patio heater, entertaining, and just kicking a ball around the large grass area that is enclosed and safe for the kids to play. The large front driveway allows up to 4 cars outside parking for this rental.

Direct walk to Sleepy Hollow Beach, just next one to the Main Laguna beach and walking promenade.

Walking to Laguna Beach bus station, 15 min drive to SNA Airport, 15 min drive to Spectrum, 30 min drive to Disneyland, and 20 min drive to Newport Beach or Dana Point.
