This beautiful home has 144 feet of golf course frontage that is tucked back away from the putting green of Orange Blossom Golf Course #1 and the T-box on #2. Watch the golfers from green to tee. The wildlife abounds in the ponds or in the trees. There is an outside porch, a screened in porch and a Florida Sun Room, all with stunning views. It is a mobile home but you would never know it. It is a large, comfortable space surrounded by nature and golfers.
This home has 1,300+ square footage plus the porches. It has a 65' TV in the living room, new living room couch and love seat with four recliners. There is a view of the golf course from the living room too! The kitchen is brand new as of August 2021. There are all new appliances, new soft close cabinets, and granite counter tops. It has a master bedroom with a view of the course, a king size bed, two dressers, desk and a 55" TV. There is a walk in closet and an attached master bath with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a dresser. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combo. The washer and dryer are new and large capacity. They are located in a room off the porch so you do not have to walk outside to do clothes. There is also a view of the golf course from here! There is a large refrigerator in the 14X14 laundry room which is for extra food or beverages. A golf cart garage is attached to the laundry room so you can keep dry if it should rain.
Located in Lady Lake, this vacation home is next to a golf course and by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Griffin State Park and Carney Island Recreation and Conservation Area, while Grand Oaks Resort and Carriage Museum and The Orange Blossom Opry are cultural highlights. Uncle Donald's Farm and Leesburg Center for the Arts are also worth visiting. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking nearby.
