Large solid wood double-doors open to the home's well-appointed foyer, dining and living spaces. Tall ceilings, a spacious floor plan and plenty of light from the home's many windows help bring the soft, open, and airy feel of the greenway indoors. The living space is unsegmented for amazing entertaining options. It includes the dining area, a formal living room, huge kitchen, step-down indoor bar, and entertainment lounge. The formal living area has a comfortable couch, 2 arm chairs, and a cozy gas fireplace; the perfect place to curl up, read a book or play board games or enjoy the fantastic golf course views. Adjacent, an enormous gourmet kitchen with sparkling granite countertops, 2 sinks, industrial grade appliances and all the necessary dishware and upscale cookery.
Just off the kitchen the second of two living spaces, an entertainment lounge with dining nook, wet bar, plenty of comfortable seating and a big wall-mounted flat screen HDTV.
The primary bedroom has small living room attached with large private bathroom including spa tub and walk in dual-head shower and his & her walk-in closets. All guest bedrooms(two indoors, one in the casita off the main house) have cable television and private bathrooms. The primary, secondary and casita offer king beds while the third guest bedroom offers a queen bed.
