Step into a newly renovated luxury home with space for the entire family! Located between Old Town La Quinta and El Paseo in Palm Desert and close to the popular attractions like Indian Wells Tennis Garden (1 mile), and the Empire Polo Club (7 Miles), one could not ask for a better location. The open layout, spacious bedrooms, and resort style backyard will provide all guests the space to socialize, relax, and rest. This luxury home in paradise, is a desert oasis that you'll never want to leave.

Upon entering, you are greeted with abundant natural lighting in the formal dining room due to the large windows and an impressive sky light above. Enjoy a refreshing cocktail, crafted and freshly shaken at the wet bar adjacent to the dining room. Towards the front of the house, one may find themselves enjoying their favorite book in the inviting reading nook.

The open layout moves from the dining/living area into the kitchen/family room area. The fully stocked chefs kitchen is outfitted with new stainless steel appliances. Whether you're grabbing a light snack, or making a 5 course dinner, one will enjoy every aspect of this functional kitchen. There are two bar stools on the main island, along with another two near the sink which allows for socializing and cooking at the same time. The breakfast nook has a custom built table which comfortably seats 8.

Movie nights will be a blast in the cozy, yet sophisticated family room. Between the sectional couch, and two leather swivel chairs, there is plenty of seating to enjoy shows and movies on the large smart TV. The gas powered fire place adds a warm and inviting touch during cooler months.

The master bedroom blends privacy and luxury, with a king sized bed, built-in gas fire place and large screen smart TV. The sliding glass door provides direct access to the pool area while providing natural light all day long. The master bath has a double vanity, generously sized walk in shower, and soaking tub.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen sized mattress, full closet, and smart TV. The 3rd bedroom offers two separate twin beds and a full closet. The 4 bedroom near the front of the house has a double twin trundle bed along with another large sized smart tv.

The space that I believe most agree is the highlight of this inviting property is the HUGE resort style backyard. The back wall is lined with newly planted trees to provide extra privacy. Everyone will enjoy long days in the sun, and clear nights under the stars. Fire up the gas powered grill, jump in the pebble tech pool, hit a few shots on the putting green, then take a nap on the lounge chairs. There is no shortage of relaxation and entertainment in this wonderful space!
