THE VIBE IS PRIVATE, PEACEFUL CLOSE TO WORLD CLASS HIKING, BIKING, GOLF, TENNIS, FESTIVALS AND MUCH MORE. 10,000 sq ft lot is gated and pet friendly. Located in the Upper La Quinta Cove and is just minutes from Old Town La Quinta where you will find boutique shopping, as well as casual and fine dining options. Situated on a double lot, there is plenty of patio and entertaining space. The main house has 3 patios and the guest house has large patio over looking pool. Lawn for bocce ball, and horseshoe pit. Sunsets are amazing, Bbq large to accommodate lots of grilling. Main house is bright, open and eclectic. Property is great for entertaining. The great room is completed by an TV, fireplace and mosaic lit bar.
