Retreat to beauty and serenity in this comfortable, spacious 3 BR/ 3.5 BA two-story townhouse located in the 44-acre Legacy Villas, adjacent to the famous La Quinta Resort and Club. The townhouse is nestled at the foot of the picturesque Santa Rosa Mountains and tucked away in the most private, desirable area of the community. The 2082 sq. ft. townhouse has the largest floor plan in the Legacy Villas. There is a secluded saltwater pool and spa just steps away. On the main level, you will find two ensuite bedrooms. The first suite has a king size bed, fireplace and French doors leading to an extended back patio. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have dual vanity sinks, separate soaking tubs, walk-in showers and doored water closets. On the upstairs level of the townhouse is another spacious private suite with a king bed. It also has dual vanity sinks, a separate soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms have hairdryers, basic toiletries, and new towels.

The townhouse has high ceilings with ceiling fans, tile/wood flooring throughout, granite countertops, washer and dryer, and Wi-fi internet. The living room has new furniture, fireplace and French doors to the back patio, as well as a 55-inch Samsung smart TV with premium cable. All the bedrooms have new 50-inch smart TVs and new beddings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking and eating utensils, toaster, traditional coffee maker, Keurig, tea kettle, tea pot, blender, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and wine glasses. Many of the items in the kitchen are new. The oversized 1-car garage is attached to the townhouse.

There is a 10% discount for those staying 7 or more days, and a 20% discount for those staying 28 days or more.

As you enter the 24/7 guarded gate, you will be welcomed to a wonderfully landscaped Spanish style neighborhood with glistening fountains, a relaxing palm/hammock garden, sparkling saltwater pools, fitness center, clubhouse, a poolside café, inviting outdoor fireplaces with sitting areas, and walking trails. There are two pools at the clubhouse. The first one is a large resort style pool with a sandy entry, lined with complimentary cabanas and a children water-play area. The second pool is a lap pool which has two BBQ grills. There are two additional BBQ grills, located at pool #22. There are a total of 20 EV chargers at the clubhouse and near the main entrance.

A path connects Legacy Villas to La Quinta Resort and Club. Within a few minutes, you can drive to PGA West’s world class public golf courses at Pete Dye Stadium, Greg Norman, and Nicklaus Tournament or to the world class Indian Wells Tennis Garden, current home of the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. You can also walk or bike to Old Town La Quinta.

The convenient location of the townhouse brings you within 10 to 20 minutes of most of the desert attractions such as the premier El Paseo Shopping/Dining District, Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, McCallum Theatre, Empire Polo Cub, The American Express Golf Tournament, BNP Paribas Open Tennis Tournament, Coachella and Stagecoach festivals, and HITS Thermal Desert Cities Horse Show. There are numerous hiking trails, eateries, and shopping within a short distance.
