The 2,121 Sq. Foot floor plan features 2 floors, no one above or below you. There are three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, living room, den, fully equipped kitchen, wet bar and laundry room in the private gated community of DUNA LA QUINTA condominium complex. Stunning south facing views from the back patio of the 3rd fairway of the Dunes Course at La Quinta Resort and the gorgeous Santa Rosa Mountains. The home has recently been remodeled, with a gorgeous kitchen, custom cabinets and granite counter tops, new refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, and a full wet bar with a built-in refrigerator all looking out to the great views. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a king-sized bed with a beautiful spa-type en-suite bathroom and the same great view, huge walk-in closet with a sliding glass door the opens up to the rear large patio facing the golf course. The 2nd bedroom is on the second floor also has a king-sized bed with and an attached balcony that has views of the mountains, with a huge walk-in closet, and its own adjacent full bathroom also with spa-type bathtub and separate glass shower area. The 1st-floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an attached private patio and its own private full bath. The living room and 1st-floor bedroom have new 55" flat screen smart TVs with over 200 channels to choose from as well as HBO. Additionally, there are 50" flat screen smart TVs in both of the upstairs bedrooms.

We have Time Warner Cable in all of the bedrooms and living room. The 1st-floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a convertible sofa sleeper. There is a land line in the condo with unlimited calling to anywhere in the USA. We also provide a secured wireless internet connection throughout the home.

The Community Pool/Spa is within walking distance from the condo and guest parking is just across the street. Nearby in Santa Rosa Cove is the La Quinta Resort clubhouse where you can pay to play both the Dunes and Mountain golf courses. The condo is located near Old Town La Quinta, Silver Rock Public golf course and the new Cinemark Century Movie Theater.
For hikers and bikers, our condo is located near miles and miles of rolling desert and well-marked bike-only lanes. There are also many mountain biking opportunities including some steep mountain climbs and descents, single track rides along the canyon ridges, and muscle busting pedals through the desert sand and loose rock. Stray from the "Dunes La Quinta" condo and experience some of the most beautiful and unique landscapes on foot while hiking through the Joshua Tree Wilderness and National Park located north of the valley.

La Quinta is home to this condo. Riverside County Fairgrounds and South Jackson Park are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Old Town La Quinta and El Paseo Shopping District.
