The bathroom features deep soaking tub and separate stall shower with floor to ceiling tile. Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, HULU, and Smart TV, ceiling fan, and fireplace.

Just steps from your villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool and resort cabanas (free of charge). Your reservation merely guarantees you a private Studio Casita at Legacy Villas featuring a King Size bed, kitchenette and patio or balcony, comparable in size and quality to the photos shown in the listing. While every effort will be made to provide the exact location selected by Guest (or one as comparable as possible), Owner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, cost or damages suffered by Guest as a result of a location assignment different from the address show90n in the Contract, and no refunds or credits shall be issued. In the rare event that the assigned location features a Queen Size bed instead of a King, Guest shall receive a credit of 10% off of the contracted nightly rate.

No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.
