This beautifully updated and elegantly decorated one bedroom home is the perfect getaway spot in Palm Royale Country Club. Palm Royale has perfect central location in the Coachella Valley just minutes from the some of the best golf courses, shopping, and restaurants La Quinta has to offer. It is located across from the famed Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. This community also offers 6 pools and spas and 6 lighted tennis/pickleball courts, and the clubhouse includes a fitness center for your enjoyment. For golfing close to home, the country club offers very reasonable monthly memberships for their challenging 18-hole, par 3 public Ted Robinson designed immaculate golf course. This home includes use of 2 golf bag push carts for your convenience as well.
Upon entering this home you’re immediately greeted by stunning and expansive golf course and mountain views all along the entire back wall. A well-equipped kitchen is to your left stocked with a juicer, air fryer, wine refrigerator, and everything you need to have wonderful dinners at home. The living room includes comfortable, high-end furniture, ceiling fans, and a flat screen television for your nights in. If you can’t leave work at home, you’ll have a perfect place to plug in with your personal office overlooking the beautiful fairway below. For a closer look, the balcony has plush seating for 4 around a fire table for those chilly winter evenings. It's one of our favorite spots! You could happily spend an entire afternoon grilling on the BBQ and watching the golfers go by. When it's time to retire, the primary bedroom is warm and welcoming with a queen size bed, flat screen television, and attached full bathroom.
