The game room and lounge area on the lower level also make it ideal to host a large group with space to spread out indoors and enjoy use of the large patios and second floor balcony. Game room includes dual billiards and ping pong table, darts and a handful of board games. Fully stocked with everything one might need for a weekend stay or longer, don't miss this 3-bedroom (6 beds) 2-bath plus private outdoor shower summer lake retreat with sought after outdoor year-round features like the 6 person hot tub and large gas fire feature and 3 kayaks for use (shared with vacation rental next door). Swim or walk the trail over to the charming public beach and make this vacation your own style!

Driveway holds up to 4 cars, one-way street in front of the home is quite narrow so use caution when puling in and out of the drive. Also be cautious of pedestrians on the walking and biking trail along the lakeshore.

We live 15 minutes away and personally manage our properties but give you the privacy you expect.

4 cars fit in the drive, extra parking at Stone Lake Beach parking lot if necessary just give us advance notice. Walking around the neighborhood and to the beach is best, groceries, restaurants and coffee a 5 minute drive away.

House sits on a one-way street which is fairly narrow. 4 cars fit in driveway.
EV charger is a NEMA 14-50, please bring your own cord.

Lake and trails are an estimated 3 miles around, just ask if you need clarification on how to trek your way around and back!
⭕Refund Policy Peak Season:
While we accommodate a generous cancellation policy in the "off-season," we consider our peak season to be the time inclusive of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. During this time, we follow a strict policy and offer a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

Parking:
Up to 4 cars allowed in driveway, no parking on gravel or grass. Home is located on a narrow one-way street so please use caution turning into driveway, no cars allowed on biking/walking trail in front of home.

KAYAKS: You are free to use our shared kayaks at the house at YOUR OWN RISK. Life jackets are in the lockers or in the green shed shared with the white house (also our rental). If you bring or rent a boat, they can be anchored during daytime hours in front of the house but not overnight.

Hot Tub:
Use at your own risk, no small children allowed in or near hot tub as well as follow all Indiana regulations listed on sign visibly posted near spa.
No smoking, alcohol consumption or glass near hot tub.
***Broken glass in or near hot tub will result in $500 fee taken from deposit.
Please leave cover on when not in use and place stone on top to prevent wind from blowing cover off.
Return temp to 100 degrees upon checkout and make sure cover is closed.
Use common sense.
Things happen… if for unforeseen reasons the hot tub is unavailable during your stay you will be refunded $50 per day of your stay (not including check out day) as long as the hot tub was not operational at the time of check in.

Noise:
The house is in a residential area and the 2 homes to the south are also vacation rental homes. Although you're free to use outside areas at any time, please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm.

Shoes:
We treat this place like our own, please no shoes in upstairs level, in any bedrooms or on furniture.

Upper deck:
Deck is outfitted with city inspection approved railing however please use caution with children on the upper deck. Please keep cushions in the storage box overnight and during inclement weather.

Furniture:
Please do not move furniture in house, particularly the sofa as it will scratch floor.

Cleaning and Checkout:
Airbnb is built upon a culture of mutual respect to one another’s homes.
Our cleaning fee is designed for overall cleaning such as linens, bathrooms, floors, windows and hot tub sanitization and maintenance. There are basic cleaning supplies provided in the kitchen closet. Please put garbage and recycle in designated bins and start the dishwasher before you leave.

95% of the time our guests have been wonderful but, in that spirit, if you leave a large mess for our cleaning staff an additional cleaning fee will apply from your security deposit.
