Luscious mature trees, gently rolling hillsides, and elegantly restored vintage houses are plentiful. It is the Point Loma or La Jolla of the east. Collier Park with 100 year old trees, a river stream, picnic/bbq, and tennis is less than a block away! Four blocks to the trolley. One block from Sprouts Farmes market. Very easy access to Hwy. 8 Grossmont Mall exit, and 10 minutes on the 94 to downtown. Nestled in the valley between Mt. Helix and Mt.
