The living room features a plush sectional sofa, smart TV, and a grand piano — perfect for quiet evenings or entertaining. Outside, there are three separate and unique spaces; the backyard oasis, a quiet porch under a 70 yr old Plumeria Tree, and a private balcony with cushioned seating just off the living room offers the perfect perch to watch the colors change across the hills as the sun sets over San Diego.

The kitchen is a dream come true for anyone who loves to cook or entertain. You’ll find stainless steel appliances throughout, including a massive refrigerator and freezer, gas oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker for morning rituals. A movable butcher block island provides extra prep space, and the view from the kitchen is so stunning, doing dishes won’t even feel like a chore.
