Inside, two sunlit living areas offer spaces for both connection and calm. The first living room, located just off the entry, features two cozy sofas and a reading nook. Straight ahead, the main-level guest bedroom includes a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and plenty of natural light. To the left of the entry, the home opens into a spacious kitchen, dining area, and second living space with a smart TV and a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that open to the backyard for seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
The outdoor space is a private oasis with a shaded dining table for eight, a cozy fire pit lounge, outdoor heaters, a deck with BBQ and bistro seating, and a lush green lawn for relaxing or playing. An outdoor shower adds a refreshing touch after beach days or morning surf sessions.
