Welcome to your coastal escape in beautiful La Jolla! This single-story home offers plenty of space to unwind, featuring two dedicated parking spots, three spacious bedrooms, in which one of the 3 bedrooms is the back studio guest house.

The main house includes two king bedrooms, one with a cozy twin bed tucked behind a privacy wall—perfect for families. You`ll find two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen ready for your favorite meals, and a cozy living room with a Smart TV for relaxing nights in.

Step out back to the guest house studio with its own private entrance—ideal for added privacy or extra guests. It sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed and queen-size pull-out sofa, plus a kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and fridge. The guest house also includes its own full bathroom and smart tv.

Out back, enjoy the sunny San Diego weather in the spacious yard, complete with outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and even an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Every room is equipped with a heating and air conditioning mini split system. Beach equipment is provided and a laundry room.
