Experience beautiful, clean, Norris Lake in our comfortable 2bed/2.5 bath condo, with Lake views from two covered decks. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably. Covered boat slip (24' deep) provided within steps down from the condo is included in your rent. Sorry, no trailer parking next to condo (contact Deerfield Cove Marina for storage) There is electric at the boat slips. Community pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Entrance to the condo is street level for easy access. Monthly/Mid-term and long-term stays available after Labor Day through May 1st.
--The Property--
Main Level-- Entrance to the condo is street level and opens into a large and spacious living area with terrific views! The entire condo is newly painted and has new appliances, beds and mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to feel right at home! The open dining room has a large table and seating for 6. The living room has comfy leather sofas, and TV with Roku. We keep magazines, books and local brochures for our avid readers! There is a half bath on the first floor. Off of the living room is a large deck with patio furniture and grill overlooking the lake and the boat slips.
Lower Level--Down one flight of stairs, there are two bedrooms, two full baths and a convenient laundry room with washer/dryer situated between the bedrooms. The master suite is an inviting and relaxing respite after a long day of boating and fun with a large spa tub overlooking the water! Off of the master is a large deck. There are stairs going down to the covered boat slip from the master deck. The second bedroom has an attached full bathroom and closet space. Both bedrooms have new furniture and mattresses.
Boat Slip--We offer our covered boat slip for your personal use. It is an interior slip protecting your boat during the busy season. The 10 ft. X 24 ft. slip is located in front (lakeside) of building #245. The slip is located on the shoreside. See pictures for detailed views. Please be advised that water levels can rise due to heavy rains especially in the spring causing the walkway to the docks/slips to be under water.
Amenities-- include Deerfield Cove Marina and Tiki Bar with live entertainment, a golf course, airstrip, swimming pool next to our building! Tennis court, sand volleyball court and a children's play area. There is a wonderful winery, Chapman Hill, 5-min from the condo. Deerside Market has what you need for ice, beer and snacks! Enjoy watching the many deer graze around the resort and the crazy boaters during the busy summer season!

***Other items to note***
1. Guests may be asked to submit a signed rental agreement in order to confirm their reservation.
2. We provide a starter kit with laundry pods, coffee pods etc.. as part of your stay but you will want to bring your own groceries for the days you are staying as the closest grocery stores are 25-30min away.
3. Cell service on the lake can be pretty spotty. The best service seems to be with Verizon Wireless.
4. This property has stairs going down to the lake and docks. This is not a flat area so if you are launching floats or kayaks you would need to do so off the dock or Deerfield Cove Marina.

Located in La Follette, this condo is on the waterfront. Campbell County Historical Society and Big Ridge Park Amphitheatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Sugar Hollow Marina and Whitman Hollow Marina. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
