The dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. Ocean Dunes 1903 offers thoughtfully arranged sleeping accommodations across all three levels. The third floor is home to the primary suite, featuring a king bed, dedicated workspace, smart TV, and private balcony access with ocean views. The ensuite bathroom includes a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. A second king bedroom is also located on this level. The second floor includes a third bedroom with a king bed, while the first floor offers a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. The first floor also features a bonus living space with two twin-over-twin bunk beds—perfect for additional guests or kids. Each level includes convenient access to a shared bathroom.
