Beautiful Kiahuna Plantation is the only beach-front condominium on Poipu Beach and a perfect tropical paradise. 35 lush tropical acres situated on a gorgeous beach. Unit 44 in Building 9 is a short 2 minute walk to the great lawn and the beach where you can swim, snorkel, sunbathe, surf, boogie board or watch for monk seals. Our location is close to the beach, away from the road noise at the back of the property. Unit 44 is an end unit allowing the trade winds to flow throughout the condo, provides more windows and a brighter experience. The lanai's location provides a shady exclusive area for your private enjoyment. Stepping off the Lanai takes you to a large grass lawn where your children can safely play allowing you to watch over their activities from the Lanai. You can see how accessible the large lawn is in our photos. One of our "pictures" is a map of the property with the location of unit 44 indicated by a red circle. We are about as close to the beach as you can get, without moving into the higher priced Ocean View category. In addition to a King bed in the master bedroom, there is a very comfortable Queen sofa bed in the living room.

Our unit was completely remodeled in the summer of 2015 and it is gorgeous!

Located near the beach, this condo is in Poipu, a neighborhood in Koloa. Nawiliwili Harbor and Kiahuna Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Poipu Shopping Village and Shops at Kukuiula. ʻAuliʻi Lūʻau and Allerton Garden are also worth visiting. With scuba diving, surfing/body boarding, and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
