4 Bedroom, 2.5 bath oceanside home that's also walking distance to the sound and pool. All new living room furniture and comes complete with everything you need except your food and clothes! There's boogie boards, beach umbrellas, kids beach toys, fishing rod holders, crab baskets, linens, beach towels, cooler, wet bar with icemaker, gas grill and more! The home is 150 yards from the ocean in one direction with the sound and pool in the opposite direction. Ocean views from the living room and master suite! Master bath was newly remodeled with a large walkin tiled shower and double vanity. Central heat & air, 2 levels of decking, screened porch and paved driveway. Pool only available in summer months but pool and tennis courts are closed summer of 2024. Summer weeks only available Friday to Friday and only for the occasional weeks shown. No exceptions….questions regarding will not be answered.
Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach. The Sanderling Spa and Aqua Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Corolla Beach and Kitty Hawk Woods Reserve. Nor'Banks Sailing and Corolla Raceway are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
