Is located within an 5-minute walk to downtown Duck (shops, restaurants, breath taking sunsets), to the community's private beach access, and all Four Seasons Community Amenities: community outdoor pool, playground, clubhouse with heated indoor pool, kiddie pool, fitness center, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court - all included in your stay with us!
Duck Social House sleeps up to 14 guests. This spacious 3100 sq foot home comes equipped with 7 bedrooms, each with it’s own en-suite for optimal privacy and comfort, and Roku Smart TVs to unwind after a long day.
On the upper level is a spacious great room that opens to an expansive kitchen with bar seating for 3, and dining room seating for 10. Also includes a master ensuite (with king bed), half bath off the living room, and large sun deck with outdoor seating overlooking the pool and volleyball court. There is a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all your everyday necessities: Keurig, 2 coffee makers, toaster, blender, crockpot and more.
On the middle level, are 4 additional bedroom ensuites and covered deck.

On the ground level there is a one bedroom ensuite, a bunk room ensuite, the billard game room with SmartTV, and entrance to the fenced in private pool, volleyball court, and gas grill.
