This beautifully updated home features four (4) oversized King Bedroom En-Suites and a well-appointed twin-room with access to its own (designated) full bath. Of note, each bedroom includes private outdoor space and large high-definition televisions and ceiling fans.

This sun-filled, semi-oceanfront home offers so many entertaining and relaxing options, whether you choose to spend time in the brand-new upper-level (all-window) Great Room with a private deck, panoramic views and a custom-sized bar and a 75-inch 4K TV, or in the bright and sunny loft with huge picture windows for beautiful sunrise and sunset views.

The upper level also includes an inviting open-concept living and gathering room with sweeping ceilings and plenty of comfortable seating. When you're not on the beach or the ocean-view deck, you can spend time in the living room and enjoy state-of-the-art entertainment with a 65" 4K Television and Bluetooth sound system. You'll have everything you need to prepare large family meals in the renovated, well-stocked kitchen featuring bar seating, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wine fridge (a second full-size fridge/freezer is located on the ground level). The large dining room features an expansive table that accommodates up to 10 guests and offers great views of the ocean. The upper level also features three access points to a large wrap-around ocean-facing deck (replaced in 2020) with plenty of comfortable Composite Adirondack seating and a large outdoor dining table.

The sun-soaked Loft offers work and workout from "home" options with an exercise bike, a desk, and incredible views of the ocean. Rounding out the upper level, you'll find the fourth of four large King bedrooms with an en-suite bath with a double sink vanity and jacuzzi tub. This private king bedroom delivers beautiful, unencumbered ocean views.

Have a relaxing soak in the hot tub or enjoy the breeze from the hammock and ample seating, located on the mid-level wrap-around deck. Also, in 2026, a new screen porch with a couch, outdoor TV and Sunsetter blinds.

Connect with your competitive side with a friendly game of foosball, ping pong, or darts in the indoor/outdoor rec room on the bottom level, which also includes a 4K television. Two gas and one charcoal grill are available on a grill deck located on the southeast corner of the house. A large fridge/freezer is also located on the bottom level as well as an outdoor shower. Additional amenities include beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach games, fishing poles, and 4 adult bikes (and helmets) in storage rooms located adjacent to the carport. Ample parking is available, including a covered carport under the house with an EV charging station. Please note, there is a Ring doorbell which is only viewed on turnover day to confirm the timing and duration of the cleaning company.

Located in the quiet, highly sought-after community of Sanderling, Coastal Cottage is a short drive from the town of Duck, but also convenient to the heart of Corolla.
