• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Please make sure you have checked out and closed the property up by 10 am all used beds need to be stripped of linen and placed in a pile in the room all towels are to be placed inside the shower/ tub
• All trash pulled from waste bins and placed in the garbage bins outside the home. *place the garbage bins at the end of the driveway for trash pick up.
• Please make sure all windows/sliding doors/ doors are locked upon departure. *the three thermostats in the home need to be adjusted back to 71 degrees.
