The Sprigtail Cottage is a five-bedroom Outer Banks home located in the Carolina Dunes community of Duck, NC. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is a short drive, bike ride, or long walk to the center of the Duck dining and shopping.
The home features:
• Private in ground pool (14’ x 28’). Pool closed approximately Oct-May, with no option for heating at this time. Please contact if any questions.
• Open Layout in the third-floor living area
• The home is a 98-yard walk to the beach and features a number of sun and shade decks to enjoy ocean and sound breezes.

• Bedroom - Queen Bed + TV with Roku
• Full bathroom (shared)
• Family room with oversized chair, dining area, and TV with cable access

Please note that occasionally, some pools in Dare and Currituck Counties may experience a mild ground current. Generally, this is not caused by a pool defect or the household electrical system but appears as a result of the earth’s own natural electrical current. Certain properties may be affected more than others and the current trends to be intermittent in nature.

Guest must sign rental agreement. Security deposit required up to $500.
There are outside cameras on the property that are utilized during the off season - these will be turned off during your stay.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Carolina Dunes, a neighborhood in Kitty Hawk. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Corolla Beach and Kitty Hawk Beach. Nor'Banks Sailing and Corolla Raceway are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and parasailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
