Tucked under the rooftop deck on the top level is a fabulous spacious screened porch where you can enjoy your family meal. A comfortable outdoor sofa is perfect for enjoying a cocktail or having a family game night. The screened-in porch connects to an outdoor deck, accessible from the living room's two sets of sliding doors. These sliders let in lots of natural light to the great room in this reverse living home. This top-level features an open, well-appointed kitchen, a great room with a high cathedral ceiling, and a King Bedroom En suite. The second level features a main entry hallway which leads to 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The second queen bedroom has a private half bath and a sliding door to a covered private deck offering plenty of seating. The third bedroom has two twin beds and plenty of closet space. The fourth bedroom sleeps four comfortably in two sturdy bunkbeds. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV. The ground level features an enclosed outdoor shower and a large laundry utility room.

A little south of Duck you'll find lots to do in Kitty Hawk with 2 major shopping centers. Don't forget to hit the Starbucks while you're out and about or better yet, the coffee cafe just minutes down the street from the house. The Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockeys Ridge are just south of Kitty Hawk. North of Duck you'll find Corolla with the Currituck Beach Lighthouse where you can enjoy climbing to the top.
