This large, bright and over 4,000 square foot air-conditioned home is just 6 miles from Walt Disney World and is located in the upscale and gated community of Reunion Resort.

One of the most prestigious homes and quiet locations in Reunion Florida, this 4 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath, & 3 Half Baths home is located on a quiet street near the end of a Cul-de sac with minimal traffic!

Accommodates up to 8 guests. Four spacious bedrooms provide ample sleeping for the entire family, and quartz counter tops are throughout the home. Enjoy the east facing back yard with private swimming pool/spa – the mid-morning to late afternoon sun shines on the back yard. You could also spend time relaxing in the entertainment room playing pool on the 8’ regulation slate table. If you prefer, you can even watch movies on the large TV in our entertainment room for the whole family!

The first floor hosts a Master Suite with 2 queen beds, ceiling fan and large master suite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub with jets, separate walk-in shower, walk-in closet and private toilet area. French doors open to the Lanai, with Pool and Golf view. The first floor also has tall ceilings and crown molding throughout. The grand foyer area leads into the large 1st floor Grand Area that has a Family Room/Kitchen combination with breakfast bar! Stainless steel appliances, separate Formal Dining Room, guest Powder Room, & washer/dryer room.

The second floor has three additional bedrooms, TVs with closets, ceiling fans. As well as a center area that leads to all bedrooms & entertainment room. The 2nd floor center area also has a built-in desk area.

Home has two individual HVAC units with easy-to-use thermostats for both floors

The Private Pool area has an amazing golf view with mature trees. Pool & Hot Tub combination, as well as plenty lounge seating, additional outdoor furniture, and a large BBQ grille with propane gas included.

We understand that after a long flight or drive to your destination you do not want to be concerned about the check in process. So, we offer the ability to personally meet you at the home so you can start your vacation immediately! The caretaker of the home resides near Reunion and is available 24/7 with a direct line to his cell phone to accommodate you and your family should any need arise.
