The Hangout is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on a large, peaceful wooded lot, just a minute away from the shores of Lake Texoma! The water is a slow sloping grade on the Oklahoma side of the lake. If you bring a pontoon boat, it can be beached close by. The community boat launch is just to the east. Bring your golf cart and drive down to the water or over to the boat ramp in this golf cart friendly community. Buncombe creek marina is about 10 minutes away if you need a day slip. Our property was designed for enjoying your lake stay. FALL/WINTER 2022 NOTE: We are breaking ground on 2 new vacation rentals on this large property. A barrier wall is up for safety. We plan regular work hours, not weekends. We do not want to interrupt anyone's stay. We also hope you will come back next summer and try out one or both of the new ones!
