A quaint 650 sq ft house that is spacious, beautiful, lake side of the hwy and a 4 minute walk through a lovely neighborhood to one of the most iconic beaches in Lake Tahoe. Enjoy skiing, boarding, dining, hiking, gambling, and lake fun -- within minutes from our spot. The lake -- 4 minute walk. Town, dining, and gambling -- two minute drive. Northstar - 15 minute drive. Mt Rose -- 20 min drive, and so much more within a close distance.
Style and comfort meet the lake. Spacious and quaint, our home offers the perfect amount of space to comfortably entertain 4 adults or a family with kids. It is a special area and spot that is lake side of the hwy, has a filtered lake view and zero traffic noise.
Each room has been thoughtfully designed taking into account every comfort one may need. Boasting as much deck in sq footage as the house, enjoy yourself BBQ’ing, relaxing and rejuvenating outside.
Our home is minutes from town, extraordinary dining, world class skiing, hiking and a short walk the the iconic Speedboat Beach. Being nestled at the end of the road, next to a large empty lot gives the privacy and peace of being in mountain paradise. 2 paddle boards are provided for your use and you can walk them down to the lake.
Located in Brockway, a neighborhood in Kings Beach, this vacation home is in the mountains. Northstar California Resort and Palisades Tahoe are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Tahoe-Nevada State Park and Sand Harbor. Kings Beach Miniature Golf and North Shore Parasail are also worth visiting.
