Located on 4 wooded lots on the beautiful North shore, just minutes from the Nevada State line/casinos. 2 short blocks to the fabulous Kings Beach State Park and waterfront. Low elevation at lake level for ease of Winter maneuver. Just steps to the brand new streetscape in Kings Beach taking you to a myriad of shops, restaurants and attractions, including the State park beach.
