Located on a quiet county road, this home is full of farmhouse charm. The house is approximately 1600 square feet. The B's Nest was completely renovated in 2021, this home has a master ensuite on the main floor with the perk of a huge closet/vanity space. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials needed to be a master chef or grill expert. Custom millwork throughout lends to the charm of the home. The cozy living area has gas logs to keep you extra warm. The open stair case from the dining room leads to a bonus space upstairs and two more bedrooms. All upstairs rooms have dedicated desk/vanity space. Rock, swing or glide into tranquil comfort on the screened porch. On cool nights snuggle up by the gas firepit table.
The property is just minutes from Hanging Rock State Park. There you can hike, fish, mountain bike, kayak or canoe the day away. You could also tour the Yadkin Valley wineries for a fun day trip. Well within an hour you could be in Mayberry, the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Old Salem or Pilot Mountain.
