Your Branson Vacation adventures are close by and as a guest you can return to the calm, relaxing vista above the lake for a peaceful stay!

***Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
***Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. ALL beds will already be made, ready for your arrival.
***We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

💙 DAMAGE WAIVER
***In lieu of collecting a security deposit, we will collect, for each reservation, a one-time non-refundable $95.00 damage waiver fee. This is already included in the management fee you pay. We are not responsible for any changes to or variance in Waivo’s terms and conditions which conflict with or contradict the information provided in Exhibit A. You are responsible for obtaining accurate and up-to-date terms and conditions directly from Waivo at the time of purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, Waivo fails or refuses to cover any costs or expenses incurred due to damages resulting from your stay, We shall be entitled to charge the credit card on file or otherwise collect such additional amounts as may be incurred for damages or theft, including, without limitation, the market rate for replacement of costs or repairs plus time and materials, in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
