Just 3 hrs from Boston and 4.5 hrs from NYC, the Green Mountain Yay Frame is a newly constructed, luxury A-frame cabin and the perfect home base to explore all that the Green Mountains have to offer. A 5 min drive from Killington Ski Resort and 6 min walk from the Appalachian Trail, this stylish 3-bed/3-bath cabin with beautifully designed living spaces, elegant finishes & forest views serves as a relaxing retreat for families & friends to recharge after adventure filled days on the slopes or trails.

The space
Spacious yet cozy, the Green Mountain Yay Frame was designed with convenience in mind. Our driveway entrance is directly off Rt 4, with parking for up to 4 vehicles and EV car charging available. Our smart lock and video doorbell make for hassle-free access to the property. On the first floor, you'll find two downstairs bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped laundry closet, and an open concept living and kitchen space complete with a gas burning fireplace. The master bedroom with king bed and master bathroom with soaking tub and double showerheads are located on the second floor. Our basement is currently a work-in-progress and there is no access to it.

We will send you a time sensitive code for the smart lock on the front door, and you can come and go as you please during your stay

Other things to note
Guest Count and Approval: The Yay Frame can comfortably sleep 6 guests, however a maximum of 8 guests are allowed per reservation. Additional guests beyond 6 must be approved by the hosts before your booking and have a fee of $100/night Friday - Sunday and $50/night Monday - Thursday.

Maximum of 8 approved guests on property at a time to avoid cancellation of the booking without refund. Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

We are a family friendly property, and can provide travel cribs (up to 2), crib linens, and tabletop highchair upon request (please let us know in advance!)

We have a smart projector in the living room which acts as our TV. Streaming platform apps (Netflix, Max, Hulu etc) are pre-loaded on the projector, so all you have to do is sign in, adjust the projector to your preferred angle, then sit back and enjoy your movie night.

We are a dog friendly property, there is a nonrefundable $100 pet fee per dog. A maximum of three dogs are permitted, and dogs cannot be left unsupervised on the property. If you plan to be out all day and no one can be home with your pups, please let us know when making your reservation so we can help with an accommodation. **Due to a severe allergy, we cannot accommodate cats at the property.** All dogs must be counted for in your reservation, no unauthorized dogs allowed. Pet waste deposited on property must be picked up.

For your safety and ours, we have cameras monitoring each the entryways of the house (front door/deck doors/basement doors). These cameras record at all times. Cameras are not in any of the indoor areas.

Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

Killington is home to this vacation home. Chaffee Art Center and Paramount Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Killington Resort and Pico Mountain at Killington Ski Resort. Black Dog Sports and Killington Adventure Center are also worth visiting.
