GROUND LEVEL:
Enter through the ground level, where you’ll find a laundry room, beverage refrigerator, utility sink, garage access, and direct access to the fenced backyard—featuring two sitting areas, a fire pit, a hammock, and an outdoor TV for entertainment. The perfect for rinsing off after the beach and settling in.

MAIN LEVEL:
The main living area features a comfortable living room with a 65” flat-screen TV and access to the front porch with additional seating and an outdoor dining table under a covered area. The indoor dining area seats six, with extra folding chairs available. This level also includes:

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-strip the beds of sheets & pillow cases, place all dirty sheets & towels in the bathtub. please leave bed covers on the beds. -close and replace the security arm and stones on the hot tub cover.
-clean up dog waste to avoid a $25 fee. -cover the outdoor furniture in the backyard. -place all beach & bike equipment back neatly in the shed & latch.
-place all outdoor games back on the shelves in the garage area. double-check that doors are locked. ensure all windows and doors are closed. safe travels home, and hope to host you again next summer!
