Enjoy the sunsets from this beautiful canal front home. With open concept living spaces, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths there is room for everyone. And don't forget your boat! The pier and dock have room for up to two boats.
On the first level of this house there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds. Single over single/ single over double. The second level has an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with attached screened porch. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and anything you would need to cook an upscale dinner or lunch for a picnic at the beach. A large farmhouse table holds up to twelve people so everyone can sit together. A small reading nook has a large chair and ottoman with a lamp for relaxing. The living area has a 72 in. TV, a leather couch and two leather recliners for lounging while looking at the water. The screened porch is the perfect spot for having coffee in the morning or a relaxing afternoon nap. The porch has a TV, couch , chairs and a ceiling fan. A large wrap around porch spans the entire back of the house with amazing views of the canal and harbor. There is a gas grill with all of the tools and a picnic table as well. The third level has another large family room with a 55" TV and plenty of games and puzzles. A media center with desk, chair with outlets are available for anyone that needs to plug in. There is an upper deck off of this room with perfect views of the sunset over the water. Also on this level is a bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a half bathroom. The fourth level holds the primary suite with a king size bed, walk in closet, and large bathroom. The bathroom has a free standing shower and a jetted soaking tub. A bonus to this suite is a private balcony with two lounge chairs and a view of the canal. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and TV's. There is a lot of room to play in the large backyard with a fire pit for cool evenings.
A few things to know about this property... It's located in Colington Harbor. A neighborhood with year round residents, second homes, and rental properties. The canals are deep water and our private dock is the perfect spot for your boat. There is a boat ramp in this neighborhood available to our guests at no charge. This house comes with two kayaks and paddles for you to enjoy. A clean beach and park on the sound is a short drive away. It has a pavilion with picnic tables and charcoal grills. Passes for the community pool also come with your reservation. We hope you enjoy this beautiful home.
