This fully stocked kitchen provides new Ninja cookware, Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer, crockpot, blender, toaster, utensils, and glassware. Our coffee bar offers an assortment of Dunkin Donuts, Folgers, and Donut Shop K-Cups with both a Keurig and auto drip coffee maker. Also, there is a variety of Bigelow Teas and Hot Chocolate. There is a starter kit offering plenty of dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, dish towels, and sponges for your convenience. The first level is where all the outdoor fun will be had. The private inground heated saltwater pool and complete Polywood outdoor seating area give everyone the perfect place to work on their tan. This property has 4 parking spots for guests. The private heated pool will be open from March to October 31st with no hidden fees. The pool and hot tub are cleaned weekly. Vendors are subject to entering the backyard area to clean on their scheduled cleaning days. No pets are allowed at this property. No smoking is allowed.
