The newly added pool size of 14 by 30 with 3.5 to 6-foot depth, and hot tub are a nice addition to an already beautiful home. On the Ground Level of this spacious home, you'll find plenty of parking as well as a Covered Outdoor Picnic Table that is wonderful for shady afternoon lunches of fresh, local North Carolina seafood. Rinse off in the Enclosed Outdoor Shower after a day of fun at the beach, which is just 50 feet away at the E. Hayman Blvd. Public Beach Access, before making your way out back to the luxurious Private Pool* and warm, bubbly Hot Tub that are perfect for lulling yourself into a state of ultimate Outer Banks beach relaxation. Spend some time working on your tan on the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool before heading inside to the Garage Game Room where you can let off some steam over a game on the Pool Table while enjoying some nice, cold drinks from the Full-Size Refrigerator.
