THIS HOUSE RENTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS DURING THE SUMMER SEASON. CHECK IN AT 4:00pm. CHECK OUT AT 10:00am

Located in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach/sound. The ocean offers great ocean fun including surfing and fishing. There is a movie theater, bowling, all variety of shops, and of course the outlet malls. Close by is Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockey's Ridge for hang gliding and kite flying. The Avalon Fishing Pier and Arcade offers a great family outing. They also have a nice restaurant and bathroom facilities. The sound access is a great location for kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding. You can also go watch a beautiful sunset.
Parking: Total of 3 cars shorter than 6 feet under the house. There is a driveway and a spot to the right of the driveway for taller vehicles
There is a tv with HULU LIVE in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. The master and 2nd bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom a trundle twin with another twin which pulls out. The dinng table easily seats 8 people.
There is a great outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off.
House is located just west of Rt 158. There are many free parking lots along the beach that you can choose to park at all within a 5 minute drive of the house. You can also walk to the beach but be mindful of the traffic.
There is a keuric and a regular coffee pot so you can brew your coffee either way.
There is a high chair and portacrib at the house for your use.
A picnic table and charcoal grill under the house. There are beach chairs in bin under the house available for your use.
Located in Avalon Beach, a neighborhood in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near a water park. Wright Brothers National Memorial is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Kitty Hawk Beach and Jockey's Ridge State Park. Consider Jolly Roger Restaurant for a night out or Glazin' Go-Nuts if you're traveling with kids. Looking to get your feet wet? Kayaking, parasailing and motor boating adventures can be found near the property.
