Exercise area with a stair climber, rower, elliptical, free weights and outside fenced yard access. Queen Bedroom with TV, full hallway bath and laundry with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access with seating and gas grill. Newly remodeled kitchen, dining area seating 6, California King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Queen Bedroom and a full hallway bathroom.
