Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD/VCR, dining room seating 8 with deck access combined with the kitchen area, full hall bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with TV and private bath, Bedroom with 2 Singles and a Queen Bedroom.

Extras: 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, ceiling fans, enclosed outside shower, picnic table, parking for 4 cars, sun deck and deck furniture. No Smoking. NO PETS. Full week rentals only. Distance to beach access: 1200'. Beds: 2 Queens, 4 Singles, 2 Rollaway Beds. House Address: 110 Sutton Ave, Kill Devil Hills. Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $200.00 not including tax or bed making service.
