Mid Level: Entry Level. Great room with TV/DVD, deck access and ocean views, kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining area seating 6 and laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with TV and private bathroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles, Queen Bedroom and a full hall bathroom. Roof level crows nest deck with ocean views.
Extras: 2 TVs, DVD player, high speed wireless internet, ceiling fans, parking for 4 cars, outside shower, sun decks, washer/dryer, books, puzzles, games, charcoal grill and deck furniture. No Smoking. NO PETS. Full week rentals only. Distance to beach access: 400'. Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Singles. House Address: 1212 S. Virginia Dare Trail, Kill Devil Hills. This property charges a mandatory security deposit in the amount of $250 per reservation, refundable pending no damage.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
